Simple Ways To Stay Wrinkle Free Forever

While some women look at midlife as a time of letting go of natural beauty and growing old gracefully, others fight tooth and toenail (going to extremes, such as Botox, painful face lifts or skin peels) just to hang on to their looks.

Before you give up on the beauty you were born with or resort to the unthinkable, you should know that there are simple, painless ways to keep your skin (and body) looking young and feeling healthy without the need for expensive and often risky medical procedures.

Try out these free tips for skin care beauty and see the difference for yourself!

1. Age proof your face and skin with lots of fresh water daily. Modern science has produced a link between a lack of water internally and the premature formation of wrinkles on the face and neck.

The skin is similar to a plant, that receives it's nourishment and water requirements through it's roots.

Although we don't have roots, our skin still draws it's nutrition and strength from the water we drink and the foods we eat.

2. Beauty begins on the inside.

For healthier skin, stronger immune system, and slimmer waist line, eat lots anti-oxident rich (cancer fighting) vegetables and fruits.

Not only will they help your body battle aging, fruits and vegetables will help keep your skinny without special diets.

If you're not certain which foods you should consume, just think of the rainbow when filling your plate:

Yellow and orange, (cantelopes, carrots, and oranges) green (phytochemical anti-aging vegetables like spinach, kale and brocolli), red, (tomatos, strawberries, and red bell peppers) blue (blue berries) and pink (watermellon) and don't forget apples.

Make it your goal to try one new fruit or vegetable weekly.

And, limit your meat and junk food intake!

The more heathy things you add to your plate, the less room you'll have for the foods that may damage your body and skin.

Promote inner balance by adding daily doses of natural fiber, either through bran cereals or consumption of legumes and beans.

3. Be at peace with yourself and your surroundings!

While it's not always possible to avoid stressful situations or negative "gloom and doom" people, you can reduce the potential damage that stress has on your body with simple daily meditation, deep breathing and regular exercise.

4. Stay active: Consider adding light weight training to your daily aerobics routine. Weight training in women has been shown to prevent or slow the progress of certain degenerative diseases like osteoperosis.

And, tight, toned muscles are always a sign of youth.

And, the natural chemicals produced during regular brisk exercise can help alleviate mild symptons of depression or blues and give you a more positive outlook on life.
(Of course, you should always consult your doctor first, before undertaking any physical exercise program.)

5. Protected skin is beautiful skin! You can prevent the formation of most wrinkles by protecting your skin agressively from the ravages of the environment.

During summer wear a wide brim hat to sheild exposed facial skin when going outdoors and the strongest sun screen available to block out harmful, wrinkle causing UV Rays.

During winter time, exfoliate skin regularly and moisturize daily to prevent skin from drying out.

Dry skin wrinkles more easily, so it should be dealt with as soon as possible.

6. Cut out the bad habits. Most people agree that smoking isn't good for the health, but did you know that it can actually make you look older than you really are.

The very act of smoking may cause you to develop pucker lines around your mouth.
While, cigarette smoke can make your complexion look dingy and yellow.

7. Get your ZZZ's.

If you regularly run at full throttle, barely getting any sleep at all, you may notice that your face begins to look guant and tired.

Nothing refreshes the complexion like a good night's sleep.

8. Skin care science has come a long way in the last thirty years when it comes to keeping women beautiful longer.

While our great grandmothers would have laughed at wrinkle creams as no more than hope in a bottle, new skin care breakthroughs like ceramides, Retinol, Vitamin C and collagen enriched skin care products have become realistic alternatives to surgery or face lifts.

If it's been a while since you updated your skin care routine, try out something new. Cutting edge technology is now making it possible to enjoy smoothe and lovely skin long past your fourties!

Who says hitting middle age has to be life shattering? Just look at Raquel Welch? You'd never guess that she's way past fifty! And, still just as beautiful as ever.

Getting older doesn't have to mean looking older.

By following these simple, yet effective anti-aging, anti-wrinkle beauty tips you can easily age proof your skin and body.

And, stay wrinkle free and beautiful even longer!

Using Water As A Natural Anxiety Treatment

It is important that you eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water each day. If you have anxiety, it's even more important . In this article we'll look at the importance of drinking sufficient water as a natural anxiety cure.

Water is essential to life. Water transports hormones, chemical messages, and nutrients to vital organs of the body. Not drinking enough of water can affect us negatively in many ways including adding to feelings of anxiety. Imagine, if something as simple as drinking more water could bring you some anxiety relief. What could be an easier, inexpensive anxiety cure than drinking water?

Perhaps you find it hard to believe that water can have that much of an effect on how you feel and your state of mind. If you've ever had a hangover, you know how bad it makes you feel. The symptoms you experience from a hangover are largely caused by dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Are you familiar with the "the fear" caused by a hangover? This is characterized as extreme emotional highs and lows combined with a dose of paranoia. My Amazon Page

So there is no doubt that getting dehydrated can contribute to nervousness and anxiety. This is easily remedied by drinking plenty of hydrating fluids, such as water, seltzer, water with lemon, or herbal, hot or cold. Fluids that don't hydrate you include soda, alcohol, coffee, tea, or sweetened fruit juice! Plus the caffeine and sugar in those drinks can make you feel even more jittery.

You always hear that you should drink 8 glasses of water, but that is an average. To calculate the optimal amount of water your body needs, use this easy formula. Take your weight (in pounds) and divide that number by 2. That is how many ounces of water you should have each day. So if you weigh 200 pounds, divide by 2, and that equals 100 ounces. So a 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces of water, much more than the recommended 8 glasses which is 64 ounces.

Many people find that adequate water intake reduces subtle feelings of anxiety, builds stamina and helps avoid fatigue. Simply increasing the amount of fluids you drink is an easy way to feel better and be healthier. When you don't have enough water your brain detects this as a subtle threat to your survival since you need water to live. Your brain then turns on the fear switch that creates anxiety.

So if you are looking for an easy, inexpensive natural anxiety treatment, look no further than your tap. Drinking water is a vital to your health and your mental health. This is something nutritionists, and maybe your mom, have been telling you for years. And it turns out they were right. Make a habit of drinking plenty of water for one of the easiest natural anxiety remedies available.

Guide To Balding Men's Hairstyles

It's amazing how hard it is to find any decent information on the internet about balding men's hairstyles.

You'll know yourself if you've ever tried to do a search on Google for 'balding hairstyles of men', 'hairstyles for balding men, hairstyles' bald' or any other amount of variations on the theme.

This is surprising considering how many balding men are those who deserve a decent hairstyle as much as any other person ...

So ... against this injustice I've put together my own guide to balding men's hairstyles ...

It is a fact that 95% of all balding or bald men suffer from male pattern baldness. Male pattern baldness usually starts with a receding hairline in the front and is often accompanied by thinning on top.

Over time, the white becomes a full-fledged bald spot, and grows to cover his bald head, as well as the sides and around the back.

Regardless, as long as there is not a single hair left on my head, I still demand a stylish coiffure. So what balding hairstyle options are available?

The worst balding men's hairstyle is the comb over. This is the classic look beloved of men of a certain age whereby the hair grows on one side of the head and 'combed over' the bald area on the other side.

This strategy simply means a disaster, even in the slightest of breezes and is to be avoided at all costs.

However, assuming that you already know, what are the other dos and don'ts to balding men hairstyles?

The first common mistake is combing the hair back. This may cover bald spots, but only exposes the forehead and draws attention to the receding hairline.

The second is growing your hair longer in the back to compensate for what is missing from the top. This unbalances the head and striking deeper into the scalp and baldness.

Younger men with thinning hair might be tempted to use the gel ... but this is not recommended. Gel clumps your hair and thus shows the scalp.

Likewise, growing your hair long in an attempt to cover actually makes the hair to separate and show the more scalp. So what are the do?

Learn more fluff to your hair natural by using foams and conditioners.

Grow your remaining hair by a few inches, get it layered and brush it forward to break the hairline.

If your hairline is not too far wrong, but the top of the head is thinning, you can get away with keeping the front of your hair long and combed back to cover his bald head.

Eventually, however, his bald head is extended.

The final hair bald men when faced with a shiny bald head, is to go to the whole hog and shave off or at least a seat nearby.

Probably be surprised at people's reactions and congratulations, you get - the shaved look is a totally acceptable balding hairstyle these days.

Start with electric clippers like you find in the shop. Having clipped the heavy stuff, shaving gel. This gives a closer, smoother shave than shaving cream.

Then using a razor, start at the top and shave down with taking care of the grain in the back - it is recommended to pay attention to what you're doing with a small mirror.

Shaving the head just takes a few minutes and does not need to do every day (two to three times a week is fine).

Take care of your new shaved head is much like caring for your face. Wash regularly with moisturizing soap, rather than a harsh deodorant soap that can dry the skin of his head.

I also use a good quality moisturizer after every wash - cheaper moisturizers will just clog pores.

For summer, find a moisturizer with an SPF of at least 15 to prevent burns to the head. And you'll have a warm hat in winter to maintain body heat.

If shaving does not tickle your fancy you can always opt for a hairpiece as a last resort - though I do not recommend it:-)
