Diet for Acne

Food like chocolates, nuts and greasy foods, etc are not related to causing acne. Fresh fruits that taken with abundance will be fruitful. Lots of water should be drunk frequently. Brown rice taken regularly is beneficial as brown rice contains amino acids that are excellent for skin blemishes.

Cucumber Juice: applied cucumber juice on the affected areas for twenty minutes and then washed it off with lukewarm water.

Mashed Strawberries: this is another fabulous natural remedy for acne that acts like a cleanser as well as astringent for blemished skin that distilled with vinegar. Applying this pulp on your face and washing it off the next day with cool water will show you astonishing results.

Drinking enough water: For healthy skin, you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. In fact, just adding more water to diet alone may be enough to give you the edge over acne. Hydrated skin cells are more supple and less prone to damage and irritation, but there's more to the benefits of water than just preventing dry skin.
