Salt water. To try this remedy, combine a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and gargle the whole mixture. Repeat several times per day, or until your throat improves. Nowadays, instant foods packed in can or plastic sachet are everywhere. It's truly very convenient because you just have to heat it or boil it in a few minutes and it's done. The food is ready to eat. No more problem going to the market buying all the spices you need and all the stuffs needed in cooking. Cooking is no longer a big deal  that it will take you more time to prepare all  the spices, vegetables, fish or meat or what ever it is that you need to prepare to cook the food you wanted to eat. You also avoid yourself  from washing all the
kitchen utensils that  you would   use for cooking. This is the advantage of instant foods, convenience. This is the reason why more and more people are patronizing instant foods and to include also buying  junk foods rather than preparing and  eating quality foods. Foods that are nutritious to make us physically fit.

Recent surveys revealed that more and more people died of heart problem, kidney disease, diabetes, liver disease, and cancer. It is very surprising  to know that many of them are  children and teenagers. Today's generation, children and adult prefers  to eat  processed foods, canned foods, and   instant foods rather than to prepare the home made nutritious  foods that we used to eat. It's amazing how hard it is to find any decent information on the internet about balding men's hairstyles.

You'll know yourself if you've ever tried to do a search on Google for 'balding hairstyles of men', 'hairstyles for balding men, hairstyles' bald' or any other amount of variations on the theme.

This is surprising considering how many balding men are those who deserve a decent hairstyle as much as any other person ...

So ... against this injustice I've put together my own guide to balding men's hairstyles ...

It is a fact that 95% of all balding or bald men suffer from male pattern baldness. Male pattern baldness usually starts with a receding hairline in the front and is often accompanied by thinning on top.

Over time, the white becomes a full-fledged bald spot, and grows to cover his bald head, as well as the sides and around the back.

Regardless, as long as there is not a single hair left on my head, I still demand a stylish coiffure. So what balding hairstyle options are available?

The worst balding men's hairstyle is the comb over. This is the classic look beloved of men of a certain age whereby the hair grows on one side of the head and 'combed over' the bald area on the other side.

This strategy simply means a disaster, even in the slightest of breezes and is to be avoided at all costs.

However, assuming that you already know, what are the other dos and don'ts to balding men hairstyles?

The first common mistake is combing the hair back. This may cover bald spots, but only exposes the forehead and draws attention to the receding hairline.

The second is growing your hair longer in the back to compensate for what is missing from the top. This unbalances the head and striking deeper into the scalp and baldness.

Younger men with thinning hair might be tempted to use the gel ... but this is not recommended. Gel clumps your hair and thus shows the scalp.

Likewise, growing your hair long in an attempt to cover actually makes the hair to separate and show the more scalp. So what are the do?

Grow your remaining hair by a few inches, get it layered and brush it forward to break the hairline.
